According to this NY Times Article, Cirque du Soleil is trying to establish itself more permanently here in the entertainment capital of the US. This New York Times article describes a problem that is hurting all of Broadway but how it can even be worse for Disney who currently runs three Broadway shows at the same time. This essentially means Disney has to have the musicals compete with themselves for audiences.

I finished Prologue by Joan Brady. It was a very interesting memoir but definitely only for those who like tell-all tales. Currently on the slate:From where I am, it's a memoir about a girl studying to become a ballerina. It's by Joan Brady and Suki Schorer is mentioned as is the San Francisco ballet. I'm 3/4 into it and it's very interesting. However, I must admit that I am addicted to tell-all type books.
